Today I booked a full body deep tissue massage with June! She has over 30 yrs experience with massage therapy and is an exceptional therapist! She worked my entire body into release and I was able to leave with NO more pain in my neck, back, shoulders and sciatic! The hot rock treatment was heaven and the head massage was amazing too! The amount of full body therapy you get in 1 hours is outstanding! And for 90.00 you can not go wrong! I havent had this great of treatment even from a chiropractor. June was able to fold me into a human pretzel and when I left I felt like a new human! I will definitely be going back again and again!

This place was amazing!. Looks can be deceiving as the outside looks a little, dare I say, sketchy? My hubby got my a giftcard here and I was pleasantly surprised. Inside is quaint - nothing fancy but its clean and professional. She did a wonderful job. Staff were all SUPER friendly. I will definitely be back :)

An Experience of Thai Culture.

My wife and I tried this establishment this past weekend for our 9th anniversary. Both of us have experience with traditional (referred to as 'Authentic' at the Spa and 'Original' on the website) Thai Massage(Nuad Phan Boran) from a number of places in the lower mainland to the College of Thai Massage in Wat Pho in Bangkok, Thailand. Both practitioners employed a number of techniques that we were familiar with and would recommend continuing to add to their repertoire a number of other beneficial postures. Honestly... there is nothing in the world that compares to movement based Thai massage. (makes a regular RMT massage feel like a waste of time/money).
As for suggested areas for improvement...
We realize that space comes at a premium, but if it's possible to have the low/wider beds found in a number of Thai Massage establishments, it only would help to enhance the experience(and also make it easier/safer for the practitioner to move around).
Feedback... Both of us noted that at no time before or during the massage that we were asked about pressure/intensity. My wife and I appreciate more pressure, but there may be clients that are unsure and could be causing excessive/unnecessary discomfort.
What to wear... We couldn't find more specific details on the website, but would recommend being more specific in terms of the types of clothing to wear for the Authentic Thai massage (eg. shorts, short sleeve shirts, yoga pants, etc) as the usual fisherman pant and loose tunic are not provided.
Noise level...this one we consider fairly important. While receiving a relaxing massage, one would prefer that it is quiet/peaceful (with some nice background music). Doors and walls are relatively thin. Would recommend that customers entering understand that there are other paying customers and lower their voices accordingly. This rule was pretty strict in the majority of massage establishments we have visited.

We appreciated having our Thai massage here and look forward to returning. I hope that the owner/manager of Authentic Thai Massage considers our comments to help improve their business to make a good experience an unforgettable one.

I'd never had a Thai massage before and I'm not sure I can go back to anything else now. If you're the type of person who's ever told a massage therapist to ease up, then choose the Swedish style massage instead. But if you truly like a deep tissue massage, the Thai massage will stretch, twist, push, and turn you into a pretzel (in a good way). I haven't felt this flexible in years.

I have recently had messages from Nicole and June and would highly recommend them both. I had a Thai massage and found it excellent. Not too deep but a great massage. Also a hot stone treatment is included. Fantastic. Also June treated the pain in my knees with a Chinese pharmacy treatment. Before very painful (like arthritis)but now the pain is totally gone. I have been to many massage places, but Jun, the beautiful lady in this shop, provides massages. Her technique is very professional and skillful. I like her very much. I have many problems with my body, such as back pain and shoulder pain, which have been healed under her massage. Like everything customer service oriented, it depends on what your expectations are and who you have practice for you, open communication is key,so if you don't click with one masseuse, try another, I've always had friendly and professional massage there, some better than others, but I stuck with whom I thought best for me. Negative rumours complaints online, especially if not first privately taken up with management ,are usually from frustrated competition.
I haven't been since pandemic but I'm sure this still applies.

Wow I go to get a thai deep tissue massage so many time at this shop, they seem to be professional. I am a man I feel so bad to ask for happy ending in a professional thai massage shop like this. Jennifer Sim did you ask for one? Shame on you. Sorry for you guy who read this review but I have to write this review because I am also one of the customer who go there many times. The quality of they service is perfect to me. I can not stand some one just write review but probably never use they service. sorry again, I just feel bad for the owner who probably don't know that someone try to make her shop look bad.

I had a fantastic Thai massage with Amy on Saturday. Very good and relaxing. She speaks English well. Highly recommended. You must come and try a massage from her.

My brother and I each had a thia deep tissue massages here today and wow were they ever good! They were very thorough and found the sore spots. We both said we’d definitely go back. Highly recommend this place.

Oooh my oh my!!!!! I've have massages in the past but this was top notch. I was abit sceptical at first because of how the booking went and the environment but took the chance on recommendation. I wasnt disappointed. She addressed every knot in my body. For someone petite, she did an excellent job and would be back for more. My only reservation is taking calls and popping out to meet new appointments. Otherwise great

Check the google reviews out, I feel they are more accurate. I don't have insurance for an RMT, but the RMTs I have been to in Abbotsford never used enough pressure. There are different types of massage listed and the prices differ (more for deep tissue). The owner is really good. She trains the other masseuses. I have way more pain relief from a massage here than most other places I have been. They do the entire body but will focus a bit more on problem areas if you ask. I always feel much better after a massage here but I always book an hour. The owner does have an accent, but I did not find her difficult to understand. She really knows what she is doing when it comes to theraputic massage. Most of my massages have been with her employees recently, and even the very new ones seem good.

An Experience of Thai Culture.

My wife and I tried this establishment this past weekend for our 9th anniversary. Both of us have experience with traditional (referred to as 'Authentic' at the Spa and 'Original' on the website) Thai Massage(Nuad Phan Boran) from a number of places in the lower mainland to the College of Thai Massage in Wat Pho in Bangkok, Thailand. Both practitioners employed a number of techniques that we were familiar with and would recommend continuing to add to their repertoire a number of other beneficial postures. Honestly... there is nothing in the world that compares to movement based Thai massage. (makes a regular RMT massage feel like a waste of time/money).
As for suggested areas for improvement...
We realize that space comes at a premium, but if it's possible to have the low/wider beds found in a number of Thai Massage establishments, it only would help to enhance the experience(and also make it easier/safer for the practitioner to move around).
Feedback... Both of us noted that at no time before or during the massage that we were asked about pressure/intensity. My wife and I appreciate more pressure, but there may be clients that are unsure and could be causing excessive/unnecessary discomfort.
What to wear... We couldn't find more specific details on the website, but would recommend being more specific in terms of the types of clothing to wear for the Authentic Thai massage (eg. shorts, short sleeve shirts, yoga pants, etc) as the usual fisherman pant and loose tunic are not provided.
Noise level...this one we consider fairly important. While receiving a relaxing massage, one would prefer that it is quiet/peaceful (with some nice background music). Doors and walls are relatively thin. Would recommend that customers entering understand that there are other paying customers and lower their voices accordingly. This rule was pretty strict in the majority of massage establishments we have visited.

We appreciated having our Thai massage here and look forward to returning. I hope that the owner/manager of Authentic Thai Massage considers our comments to help improve their business to make a good experience an unforgettable one.

Excellent staff very nice people and actually real Thai massusses not just the name of the place a clean proffessional massage parlour if you are looking for a nice calming authentic experience then this is the place and very reasonable prices I definitely recomend

This place was amazing!. Looks can be deceiving as the outside looks a little, dare I say, sketchy? My hubby got my a giftcard here and I was pleasantly surprised. Inside is quaint - nothing fancy but its clean and professional. She did a wonderful job. Staff were all SUPER friendly. I will definitely be back :)

It's all about who is massaging you!

Although the building has its constraints I think Ning, the owner has done an excellent job building a reliable, clean and customer oriented spa. I only tried a 1/2 hr massage this time and Jenny knew what she was doing. Will come back.

The best Thai massage I had in a long time. I heard about this Authentic thai massage from my friends before. Today I work up with pain on my back and my neck and I booked thai deep massage for an hour. It was so amazing I feel like different person. Ning is very knowledgeable. She asked me what was my problem and where was it. I told her she should focus on my back and neck. For one hour she did massage only my back and neck. OMG!!! I will see her again next week because I believe she can help me with my back pain problems. I recommend to anyone that have the same back pain problem like me. Come to see her and her staffs you won't be disappointed .

I gotta tell you about the Thai massage place that I went today. This one is one of the kind I found in town for so long. I have problem with my upper and lower back pain due to accident from work place. I went to many places to try out but not one of them work out for me. I went to see my friends in Abbotsford today just sitting on the red light and I saw the advertising sign on the side of the road $30 for massage. I gotta get in there right away my friends can wait for me. I got in side and man oh man smell so strong of incense or what ever there got in there but I like it. make me feel like I have gone into different county. I asked for $30 massage and the owner told me that will be a very basic one not the one that I wanted. She asked me what was the problem with my back and she came with the packaging the actually perfect for me. I end up paid more money but my problem was take care of. The sign was $30 for just relaxing massage but if you wanna get pain got you gotta pay more do not cheap out on your back people. I am absolutely gonna tell all my friends about this place. GO check this place out and you will not regretted.

I had a Thai Deep Tissue Massage today and it was so good! I had my hesitations about going but I am really glad I did. It was clean, they were so nice and I had an AMAZING massage. After I stood up from my massage I just felt completely relaxed. I am definitely going back!

I have been experiencing severe back pain for over a month. I have tried to relieve the pain/knots by leaning into corner walls, using bio freeze and massaging machines. I looked online and came across Authentic Thai Massage. I called and was able to get in quickly. Upon my arrival, and meeting Ning, I felt comfortable. I explained my issues to Ning and began my treatment. After a few minute, I realized I was in very good hands. She had the knowledge and strength to work out my knots. What also really impressed me is when she mentioned to me about the inflammation in the backs of my Knees and suggested I come back for another treatment to focus on my knees. I had a severe knee injury years ago and since have had 4 knee surgeries which resulted in lots of scar tissue.
I would highly recommended Ning to everyone,
